Billing & cancellation

All paid plans are billed monthly in USD and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Perfect Tenant app — your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period, and you won't be billed again. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices shown are the web self-service prices and may differ from in-app (App Store) pricing.

Subscription questions

How does billing work?

Ascent and Summit are billed monthly in USD through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your first charge happens when you complete checkout.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from the Perfect Tenant app at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it won't renew. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Which plan is right for me?

Choose by portfolio size: Ascent for 1–5 properties, Summit for 6–50 properties, and Pinnacle for 51+ properties. You can move between plans as your portfolio grows.

Why does Pinnacle use "Contact Sales" instead of instant checkout?

Pinnacle is our enterprise tier — it includes a dedicated account manager and API access, and we tailor onboarding to large portfolios. Rather than an instant self-service charge, we set it up with you directly.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is hosted by Stripe on their secure, PCI-compliant pages. Your card details are entered on Stripe, not on this site — we never handle or store them.

Do I need an account to subscribe?

Yes. When you click Subscribe you'll sign in to your Perfect Tenant account (or create one) so your subscription is linked to your app access. You can browse this page without signing in.

When does my access activate?

Access activates once your payment is confirmed by our secure backend — not simply because you reached the confirmation page. This usually happens within moments of a successful payment.
