8. Background Screening

By authorizing a background or credit check, users consent to:

All screenings comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

9. AI Moderation and Automated Tools

PTI uses AI for:

• Safety moderation

AI does not make legally binding decisions. All automated outcomes are subject to human review.

10. PTI Vitals and Health Systems

Users acknowledge:

• PTI Vitals is not a medical provider.

• The CVA and sepsis alert systems are early-alert tools, not diagnostic instruments.

• All medical emergencies require contacting emergency services.

11. Intellectual Property

All PTI logos, designs, code, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Perfect Tenant Innovation.

12. Termination

PTI may suspend or terminate accounts for:
