Account and Login
How do I create an account?
Download the app and follow the onboarding process. You can sign up with email, Google, or Apple.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, Account, Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.
Tenant Screening
How does tenant screening work?
When you apply to the tenant pool, we conduct background checks through verified third-party providers. Landlords review your profile and screening results.
What information is required?
Basic information such as name, email, and phone number, and optionally SSN for background checks. Sensitive information is encrypted.
How long does screening take?
Background checks typically complete within one to three business days.
Rewards Program
How do I earn rewards?
Complete missions, participate in challenges, and engage with the app.
How do I redeem rewards?
Go to the Rewards section in the app and follow the redemption process.
Do rewards expire?
Some rewards may have expiration dates. Check the terms of each reward.
Payments
How do I pay rent through the app?
Add a payment method in Settings, Payments, then schedule or make rent payments.
Is payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. We do not store full card information.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay where available.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact support with details.
I am not receiving notifications.
Check your device notification settings and the app notification preferences.
How do I report a bug?
Contact support with details including device type and app version.
When reporting a problem, describe the issue clearly, include screenshots if possible, note when it occurred, and include your device information.
